New Officers were sworn in and given the lay of the land over the coming months. "We have targets on our backs" stated President Cheryl A. Felice. Guest Speaker Thomas Mackell, Jr., Chair of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond and President of the Association of Benefit Administrators, warned of the collapse of middle class and how this might affect AME Members.
